The Importance of Certification and/or Specialization
Certification and/or Specialization programs were introduced to bridge the education gap between the foundation provided by formal education and the technical and management competencies required in today's business environment. Each program is a stand alone course and provides breadth and depth in the requirements needed to perform a job function.
Certification and Specialization programs will help participants to:
Gain practical skills to be used on the job, it focuses on the knowledge and skills required to perform job responsibilities
Increase personal effectiveness to improve key business skills
Each program involves the successful completion of the required courses and the associated examinations. Exams are free and offered on the last day of the program.
Those participants who will attend single courses within a certification or specialization program will be awarded a certificate of completion from INTEX Academy, School of Continues Learning & Training.
articipants may complete each Certification and/or Specialization program over maximum of two years period. However, passing final test with minimum of 65% grad is mandatory before issuance of Certification of Specialization diploma.
The certification program requires completion of four courses. Designed for human-resource practitioners who lack a formal university-level education in the field, and for other managers, especially those who are practicing or preparing for general management and wish to better understand the human-resources function.

This certificate of specialization requires completion of four courses. The program is designed for senior human-resource practitioners with five years of experience in the field.

The Supervisory Skills Certificate is designed for future and current supervisors, managers and leaders who desire the latest information and skills on how to be effective in their role. This program develops competencies that are essential for being an effective supervisor. The courses provide a firm foundation of a body of knowledge and skills supervisors need to succeed. The competencies focused on in this certification are how to effectively work with, motivate and develop other people.
